VALVE BATTERY SETS FOR POLYESTER FILTERS

FIBERPOOL valve battery sets are delivered completely assembled including a manometer panel with testing valves and the pipe supports (pipe supports are only supplied for filters with connections larger than 110 mm).

They can be supplied with manual, automatic PVC butterfly valves and automatic valve battery sets with electric or pneumatic actuator.

PP (polypropylene) valves upon request.

Each valve battery consists of 5 butterfly valves, but can be supplied, according to the needs and requirements of each installation upon request, for 1, 2 or more filters, with more or less number of valves, connections in different positions, diefferent heights, etc.

In certain cases, it can be very useful to dispose of a full equipped automatic valve battery set, mounted and ready to work.

For that matter, we can offer an automatic valve battery set with pneumatic actuators connected to an air compressor installed in the same battery and also with an electronic control box (suitable for pumps up to 5,5 HP) and its manometer panel. With all connected equipments and after the instalation of the battery to the filter, only with the regulation on the control box, the filtration equipment will be ready to work.
