Standard and high performance vertical filters

The standard vertical filters are manufactured with arm collectors, 1 m bed depth, top manhole with an air relief valve, sand and water drain, pressure gauge in the tank and inlet & outlet PVC flange connections.

The high performance vertical filters can be supplied with arm collectors or nozzle plate, and 1,2 m or 1,5 m bed depth. Other characteristics like the standard model.

Max. operating pressure: 2,5 bar – 4 bar and 6 bar. Diameters from 1050 mm to 3000 mm.

All filters in our Industrial range are equipped with: a double effect air relief valve on the top lid, screws made of stainless steel AISI 316, a “witness” pressure gauge in the tank and two separate drains: 1 for water and 1 for sand.

Filters that have nozzle plate can be supplied with a 2” male threaded air inlet for optional air backwash to improve the media cleaning operation.

Up 1800 mm all our filters are equipped with ringbolts to make its displacement easier.

Our filters are all manufactured following the European standards, especially regarding the pressure test requirements (where test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum working pressure) and the inlet and the outlet flange connection (DIN flanges), as well as the design criteria that determines the volume of expansion, filtration and flow rates.

A hydraulic test certificate can be provided by FIBERPOOL or a third party Certification can be issued on request.

Each filter is supplied with an Instruction Manual and a Warranty Certificate.
